When will you post out my order?
Wherever possible we try to post out orders on the same day as the order is received. If this is not possible all orders will be shipped within 2 – 3 business days, please then allow 3 - 5 working days to receive your item.
Should an item be out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the situation and will either refund you, give you the option to wait for the item to come back into stock or offer you an alternative item of equal value.
Returning a product
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
A request must be made to the company within 7 days of receipt of goods.
A full refund can be obtained within 14 days of purchase should you be unsatisfied with your purchase.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of your intentions, it may also help us to know the reasons why you are wanting to return the items. We will reply with further details and a returns address if appropriate.
When returning items, make sure they are securely packaged. We cannot refund goods damaged in transit if items are poorly packaged.
The item must be in perfect resalable condition with all original packaging in tact and security seals un-opened.
For your own protection please obtain a proof of postage/receipt from the carrier as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels sent by you.
www.mrsmedley.co.uk will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please note shipping costs are non refundable and we are only able to refund the cost of the product. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Should an item arrive broken please take photos and email the pictures to us at email@example.com for our investigation.
On receiving the items we will send you an email to confirm receipt and apply a refund.
